The role of the radiator

Radiators are what carry a transformer's heat away, extending transformer life. These radiators dissipate heat efficiently, keeping oil and winding temperatures within safe limits, which is essential for reliable operation. As a core component, they are not optional, but a fundamental part of transformer design and performance. With in-house production, we respond quickly to client needs across the Gulf, North Africa, and the wider Middle East, ensuring shorter lead times and dependable support — uniquely positioned as a regional manufacturer.

  1. Shot-blasted, primed, polyurethane/epoxy finish for corrosion resistance

  2. Hot-dip galvanized option for offshore and high-corrosion environments

  3. Every unit individually pressure and leak tested before dispatch

  4. Standard and custom dimensions for ONAN / ONAF cooling requirements

Build options

Four things you specify on every order.

  • Flange type

As per customer requirement, or a standard MS flange in stainless or carbon steel.

  • Off set

Radiator tubes mounted with an offset to the left or to the right of the panels.

  • Stainless steel 316L

Metal parts can be manufactured in stainless steel — 304, 316L and other grades.

  • Passivation

Stainless steel radiators are passivated to achieve a proper surface against corrosion.
